Open air two-level vertical condo construction or large walk-in suite option for tons of kitty enrichment through climbing, hiding and shelves for perching to look out of large windows on 3 out of 4 walls of the space.  Enclosures are established as a safe and private space that belongs only to your pet.  From there, we let them explore the rest of the facility per their comfort level (and your preferences).  Meals and rest are always enjoyed individually in each guest's private suite.  

Our staff is well-trained to routinely monitor cats carefully, keeping records of appetite, urination, bowel movements, and watching closely for signs of a health concern.  If there is ever a problem, we contact your vet immediately.

Early pickup:

     No refund for early pickup with no notice

     3 day ahead early pick up = credit for next stay

     More than 5 day ahead early pickup = 2 night charge and remainder credited back to card

During your pet's stay, we will send you a personal report card that details health status, bathroom status, medication updates, as well as plenty of photos and videos from their activity in the facility and with other guests. Our reports are consistent, transparent, informative, and a fun look into your kitty's vacation.

We encourage each guest to explore the space as much as possible whether it be roaming, playing or perching.  Our large sunny space is full of toys, puzzles, water features, a cat grass and nip bar, swimming rubber duckies and other guests.  Free roaming is available for any guest who enjoys it, and is always supervised.  

Being a social kitty isn't a requirement for having a great stay at The Catios.  We approach each guest exactly where they are at, personality-wise, and can arrange private roaming sessions for our more timid guests, or guests with special needs. 

There is a *$10 administration fee for all medications prescribed by a veterinary doctor.  Meds must be provided in the original container, appropriately labeled with vet instructions.  Dosages will not vary from vet instructions without written approval from the prescribing vet.

*Price is on a sliding scale based on frequency of administration, difficulty of administration and time sensitivity.
