CHECK-IN 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday

9am - 12pm Saturdays

1st cat = $35/night (Luxury 2-Story Standard Suite)

$50/night (Luxury 2-Story Long Suite & Luxury 3-Level Suite)

$60/night (Walk-In Luxury Suite)

Each additional cat

$15/night (in the same Luxury 2-Story Long Suite & Luxury 3-Level Suite)

$20/night (in the same Walk-In Luxury Suite)

Reservations after January 15, 2026 will reflect a rate increase of $5 (additional guest charge will remain the same).

Deposit of 25% of stay due at booking

CHECK-OUT 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday

9am - 12pm Saturdays

Cancellation @ least 3 days in advance of stay = full deposit refund (any less notice = no refund)

Early pickup:

No refund for early pickup with no notice

3 day ahead early pick up = credit for next stay

No loud noises or barking - we are cat and smammal exclusive (dogs are loved but not invited)

Cozy two level private suites, walk-in suites, open roam inside (with permission), as well as Catio time (weather permitting for outdoor Catio)

Cat Grass & Cat Nip Bar

Housekeeping services several times daily

Natural sunlight throughout the facility

Live fish tank, cat water-falls, and tons of enrichment

at The Catios

Rabies & Feline Distemper Vaccine Records

All visitors over the age of 3 months required to be neutered

Application of Flea Prevention within past 30 days (we will apply upon check-in for fee if needed)

Bring your cat's normal food (and feeding instructions) for the stay in air-tight containers (new and unopened packaging is requested).

Bring any labeled bedding or a parent's t-shirt for comfort (no need for toys or any dishes ...we have tons!)
