CHECK-IN 9am - 12pm Monday - Saturday (or by appt.)
1st cat = $35/night (Luxury 2-Story Suite)
$60/night (Walk-In Luxury Suite)
Each additional cat = $15/night (in the same Luxury 2-Story Suite)
$20/night (in the same Walk-In Luxury Suite)
Extended stay discount available (3 weeks or more)
Deposit of 25% of stay due at booking
CHECK-OUT 12pm - 3pm Monday - Saturday (or by appt.)
Cancellation @ least 3 days in advance of stay = full deposit refund (any less notice = no refund)
Early pickup:
No refund for early pickup with no notice
3 day ahead early pick up = credit for next stay
More than 5 day ahead early pickup = 2 night charge and remainder credited back to card

No loud noises or barking - we are cat and smammal exclusive (dogs are loved but not invited)
Cozy two level private suites, walk-in suites, open roam inside (with permission), as well as Catio time (weather permitting for outdoor Catio)
Cat Grass & Cat Nip Bar
Housekeeping services several times daily
Natural sunlight throughout the facility
Live fish tank, cat water-falls, and tons of enrichment
Requirements
at The Catios
Rabies & Feline Distemper (minimum 2 week before stay | maximum of 3 years from date of check in) records faxed or scanned to The Catios (or available for upload on online booking app)
All visitors over the age of 3 months required to be spayed or neutered
Flea Prevention (we can apply Cheristin for Cats upon check-in)
Bring your cat's normal food (and feeding instructions) for the stay
Bring any labeled toys or bedding for comfort
