CHECK-IN 9am - 12pm Monday - Saturday

1st smammal = $20/night

Each additional smammal = $10/night (in the same unit)

10% discount on extended stay (3 or more weeks)

Deposit of 25% stay due at booking

CHECK-OUT 12pm -3pm Monday - Saturday

Cancellation @ least 3 days in advance of stay = full deposit refund (any less notice = no refund)

Early pickup:

No refund for early pickup with no notice

3 day ahead early pick up = credit for next stay

More than 5 day ahead early pickup = 2 night charge and remainder credited back to card

No loud noises or barking - we are cat, and smammal exclusive (dogs are loved but not invited)

Species specific care from experienced staff

Daily options of a cozy enclosure, as well as private Catio time (weather and species permitting)

Individual Care & Attention

Housekeeping services several times daily

Tons of enrichment with natural based products

Natural sunlight throughout the facility

Rabies (minimum 2 week before stay)

All visitors over the age of 3 months required to be neutered
