Shawn

Shawn is a jack of all trades around The Catios. He is quick to fix a leaky faucet, change a lightbulb, hang things or tighten stuff. What is great about Shawn is that even though he may be at The Catios for some sort of maintenance, he always takes time to connect with the guests and show them a little love. The cats respond very well to Shawn and appreciate having a male presence to break up the cat-lady vibe on site.

Shawn is a life-long animal lover and caretaker, having experience in keeping almost every species you can keep domestically at some time in his life. He is an old cowboy at heart, and with that comes the gentle steadiness and innate animal husbandry that are very needed in a cat hotel.

Shawn is married to Sarah and shares a home with her, their kids, 4 chickens, and Clover the cat.
